Went to see Dr Jacob for the first time. He and Shannon were great, so friendly and took really good care of me. Front Desk staff was amazing and so nice

Had a fantastic experience. Managed to break off part of my front tooth and the staff was nothing but kind from the girls at the desk to the operations manager. The assistant was knowledgeable and Dr. Rhnea was caring and full of jokes. Overall I'm glad the regular dentist my family usually goes to had no availability because this was a treat.

Im terrified of going to the dentist..terrible experience in the past where the dentist would not give me more pain meds during the operation so I felt everything.. now.. .mid 40s and my teeth are in terrible shape as a result. On a painful day I reached out to this office. Met with warm inviting receptionist who got me scheduled at a convenient for me. During my visit I felt genuinely cared for. Had my options provided and clarified. Came back and during my procedure (root canal) they made sure I didn't feel anything. Provided before and after photos and xrays. Looking forward to a more comfortable mouth moving forward with their plan. I feel bad im terrible with names but I guarantee everyone there is focused on your care.
