I required seeing a specialist and the periodontist that my dentist had recommended was not in my insurance network. My insurance company recommended Dr. Ritchey, who travels to several dentist offices in the Northern Kentucky/Southern Ohio region. Dr Richey was great but more so the regular staff at Florence Modern Dentistry went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for my appointment. My dentist office did not get my x-rays to FMD and the office manager simply said don’t worry about it we will get you the x-rays you need for the procedure. All of the staff was super friendly and efficient. This definitely has peaked a huge interest in changing dentists for the long-term.

I broke a part of my crown and I went in hoping that I could get some help. Immediately, I was greeted with a genuine and friendly welcome. I explained what had happened and I was scheduled to be seen the following Monday. I ended up getting a phone call saying that Dr Taylor could get me in sooner. When I came in again I was greeted by my name which definitely made it feel like a more personal comfortable place. I didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting to be seen. Dr Taylor introduced herself and was extremely friendly. She was very careful as to not cause any pain and was able to help fix my problem very quickly. I have a follow up visit with no hesitation about going back. I feel like the prices that are charged are very reasonable and they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend that if you need a great dentist, you should see them. Thank you so very much Dr Taylor, Amanda Grace and Rylee!!

Dr. Taylor communicated with me on what was going on with both children every step of the way. Julie and Amanda Grace were wonderful! Even though my kids are teens they both opted to use the squeezes to help with anxiety during the dental visit. The whole team was patient, friendly and seemed to genuinely care.
